In the early morning of recent days, 55 employees from Xingtai Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (Xingtai Steel) participating in the "Cycling in Spring City, Workers Nourish Xingxiang" activity organized by the Xingtai Federation of Trade Unions lined up and waited for departure on the Qilihe Fitness Greenway. The fluttering Xingtai Steel flag in the team attracted much attention. At 7:30, following the host's instruction "Let's go!", the cycling team, led by the pacemakers, embarked on a healthy journey of physical exercise, willpower tempering, and mental relaxation.
The entire cycling route is approximately 12 kilometers long. Riders from various departments such as the Wire Rod Plant, Steelmaking Plant, and Ironmaking Plant raced forward along the picturesque fitness greenway, passing through several scenic spots including Tongxin Island, Huazhuang Spring, and Baiquan Yuanshui Park one after another. During the ride, those in the lead did not forget to cheer for their teammates, while those behind strived to catch up without giving up, forming a moving scene on the fitness greenway. Their vigorous figures shuttled in the morning light, with wheels spinning and sweat pouring, demonstrating the enterprising and united spirit of Xingtai Steel people.
After more than an hour of cycling, all participating employees arrived at the finish line safely and smoothly, with joy and pride beaming on everyone's face. They expressed that participating in this cycling activity has practiced the healthy, environmentally friendly, and green lifestyle concept through practical actions.
